Museum will reopen in 2021 with timed entry slots
In order to visit us in 2021 when we hope to reopen in March please book a slot on our Eventbrite page here.
We hope you can visit us in 2021. We have made some big changes to our displays [including the signal square pictured below] since last season and we are looking forward to sharing more of our history with you once again.
The museum trustees value our visitors and volunteers and to keep everyone as safe as possible. Due to Covid-19 we are putting in place a system to allow us to safely open to the public in 2021.
Each visit is 1.5 hours and we ask that you wait in your vehicle until we are able to welcome you in.
We will be following the latest Government guidelines so please be aware that you may be asked to wear facemasks and use the hand sanitizers around the site. We may also have to cancel appointments if we are advised to do so.
Visits are strictly by appointment only and no admission to the site will be allowed if you have not booked in advance.
If you need to cancel your visit please let us know so we can open it up to other visitors.
Please note that we will not be able to serve refreshments. Toilet facilities will be available.
